ShIpping Guide & Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with DIVEVERYDAY. To ensure a smooth shopping experience, please read our policies below before placing your order.
1. Shipping & Delivery
- ORDER PROCESSING Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING We ship worldwide. Please note that customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees incurred.
2. Return & Exchange Policy
According to the Taiwan Consumer Protection Act, online shoppers are entitled to a 7-day inspection period (starting from the day after you receive the item).
Important Terms
- NOT A TRIAL PERIOD The 7-day period is for inspection only. Items must be returned in “Brand New” condition.
- CONDITION REQUIREMENTS Returns will not be accepted if the product shows signs of use, has been washed, is stained, or has any human-induced damage.
- COMPLETENESS Returned items must include the original product, all packaging, tags, invoices, accessories, and any free gifts provided. Incomplete returns will not be processed.
Items Not Eligible for Return/Exchange
- Sale, clearance, or limited-time promotion items.
- Customized products.
- Pre-ordered items (unless defective).
3. How to Request a Return/Exchange
- UNBOXING VIDEO We strongly recommend filming a video while unboxing your package to protect your rights in case of defects or missing items.
- CONTACT US Please contact our customer service via diveverydaystudio@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt. Provide your order number and photos/videos of the item.
- RETURN SHIPPING
- DEFECTS/WRONG ITEMS If the return is due to our error, we will cover the shipping costs.
- PERSONAL REASONS Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee.
- INTERNATIONAL RETURNS International customers must cover all return shipping costs and any associated duties. We do not accept “Cash on Delivery” shipments for returns.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and verify the condition of the returned item, we will process your refund within 7–14 business days.
- CREDIT CARD The refund will be credited back to your original card (actual timing depends on your bank).
- OTHER METHODS Please provide your bank details for a wire transfer.
